What is an Integer Page Index?
The integer page index refers to a 0-based index used to track pages within a PDF file. The initial page is assigned an integer page index of zero.
This indexing system is primarily employed by internal PDF data structures and differs from Fragment Identifiers , which utilize a 1-based counting system.
