Transcription accuracy depends almost entirely on the audio. Clear speech, one speaker at a time and little background noise transcribe well. A noisy room, overlapping voices, a distant microphone or heavy accents are much harder, and the transcript will need correcting.

Setting the right language helps considerably. Automatic detection works, but telling it what the recording is in removes a whole class of mistakes - particularly on short clips where there is little audio to judge from.
